Where are you located?
Our studio is located in Herriman, Utah. However, we typically photograph on location. We serve the Salt Lake City Valley and surrounding areas and States.
How can I get pricing for my project?
Because every client's needs are different, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary and no obligation quote. Tell us about your project needs and we'll detail out a cost estimate within 1 business day.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, and Venmo. We are also happy to supply your accounting department with a W9 form. We typically require 50% of the project fee at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 1 week prior to the shoot.
How long is the typical wait?
We know that time is money for our clients, so we provide a quick turnaround time on everything from contract creation to proof delivery to completed images. After a shoot, you'd typically see your proofs within a few business days and your final images just a day or two after that. Our clients frequently comment on how much they appreciate our quick and thorough process. If you need something rushed, please let us know in advance and we'll make it happen for a nominal fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up. While our deposits are non-refundable, they are fully transferable towards another shoot date with a minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to your shoot.
How far in advance should I book?
Depending on the size of the project, we recommend that you book 1-2 months in advance. Of course, if you've got a rush deadline, we're happy to do whatever we can to accommodate your desired date.
